The red heat resistant paint is half flaked off my engine manifold.  how awkward is it to do yourself in situe?or is it better to get it done by a pro?

Im sure there's a guy that does a swap for your inlet manafold plus cash for a reconditioned painted one . Stuart has done it himself using normal spraycans and it still looked good the last time i seen it .

Go to www.frost.co.uk

You can buy the stuff you need for a good refinish of the inlet manifold, best take it off to get it done right.

Go onto www.p1woc.co.uk and pm marky mark, he does manifold swaps. You send him yours, you get a nice  new one. Think he charges about £90
