Treated the leggy to a turbo timer. It was supposed to be supplied with a 'plug and play' harness but it came with the wrong one Sad
I had arranged to meet Stuart to help with the fitting and he saved the day by bringing the proper harness and getting the timer fitted and working  hello1
Thanks again mate, your a gent  salute

Probably is true . Turbo timer keeps the engine running for a certain period of time set by you to cool the turbo down whilst you walk away .

It's true what Andy says but there are some when fitted right you can't actually steal the car but the cost around the £300 but most are just a timer on the ignition switch. I had one and it had to be wired to the handbrake switch so when you engage the brake and switch it off it would count down it also had to be wired into the speed switch so if the ignition is off and the car goes above ten mph it cuts the engine. And finally it had to be wired into the central locking via the alarm so when you lock it and walk away after the timer goes off the alarm and imobiliser activate. oh and this all had to be done by Auto spark which took a bit of time.
